Exclusive Services
I will provide a custom experience for your birthing needs, but here is a general guideline for what most of my packages look like for my clients
1
First Meeting
During this meeting we will discuss my services, how a doula will fit in with your birth team, and answer any questions you may have.

Birth Plan Session
I provide one-on-one birth planning guidance to provide resources and education for any questions you may have about making a birth plan. I help you create a custom birth plan that is most likely to facilitate teamwork with your providers and enhance communication.

Postpartum Planning Session
I will meet with you to give you guidance and resources to prepare for a smoother postpartum period so you can use your time and energy efficiently. My goal is to ensure you have the time and space to focus on healing and bonding with your baby during the fourth trimester.

Bodywork
In the event that you go past your due date, I will provide in-home spinning babies bodywork to help ensure baby is in the optimal position to facilitate labor. I will also provide emotional support and guidance as your navigate waiting.

Labor Support
I will meet you in your birth space (or at your home beforehand) and provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout your labor and at least 2 hours after your baby arrives. I will also help facilitate smooth communication with your birth team so that everyone involved remains aware of your birth plan.

Postpartum Visit
I will provide in-home postpartum support a few days after the birth of your baby to provide lactation tips, listen to your birth story and help you emotionally process, offer resources and guidance for any concerns you may have, or hold your baby so you can take a shower or eat a meal- whatever is most helpful for you in this time.

Postpartum follow up
I will check in on your via text or phone call regularly for 2 months following the birth of your baby, and provide a second in-home visit whenever you feel like you need it within 2 months postpartum.
My Fees
For the described package above, my fee is $2,000. Half is due when you decide to hire me as a retainer, and half is due after the birth of your baby. If you would like additional support in postpartum meal prep, contact me for a personalized quote.
